Original set of four SM05 wire chairs designed by Cees Braakman & Adriaan Dekker for UMS Pastoe in 1953. Black lacquered wire steel with black fabric seat cushions. Very modern chairs for that time with a rebellious design. Seats are from first owner. Good vintage condition. The lacquered steel has its traces of use according to age and use. The black fabric of the seats is in good condition, the filling is moderate. Under the black fabric is the original red upholstery.

Norwegian armchairs model 1666 by Olav Anker Hessen and produced by P. I. Langlo 1950s, Norway. The chairs are made of elmtree and have new upholstered wool back and seat cushions.
These 1950s armchairs are simple, yet very original. Their look elegant, yet sharp. The black metal legs hold the red leatherette seat with a white hem around it. The back side is edged with round metal studs. The seat is in very good condition. The wooden armrests are in an original, very good condition, some wear visible in pictures. This beautiful office chair was produced according to Thonet designs from 1920s. The chair was however produced by Tatra company in Czechoslovakia, which used to copy the original Thonet designs in the 1950s. Made of oak wood with veneered seat and backrest. The chair is in good condition with visible patina and some wear on the veneer, mainly on the seat. Fully functional. Full of beautiful details and amazing lines. Original label.

Pair of Italian Armchairs by Cavatorta, 1950s, with new blue upholstery.
This 415 /1401 armchair was designed by Wim Rietveld for Gispen during the 1950s. With a straight back it sits on a graphite black painted steel frame. The back and seat are both made from steel, which has been lacquered, and equipped with a removable cover with foam rubber. The seat has two armrests in bakelite.
