Eames Soft Pad Chair (Management Height) squeaking noise  

I have spent a few hours researching, and I cannot seem to find an answer. Where do I put lubrication to stop the tilting mechanism from squeaking on the Eames Soft Pad Chair (this one has a manual lift and is from 2012)? It does not squeak so much when it moves back and forth, and it will usually make a sound when I get off the chair. I have looked closely at it, and it is certainly the titling mechanism making the sound.

Also, what is the best kind of lubricant to use?
