I have been doing research on Danish manufacturer (??) Artex (not Artek, not Arflex) after seeing their name stamped underneath a small pedestal table in rosewood and black laminate. While there are a lot of vaguely similar examples out there tossing around a Hans Andersen or Severin Hansen attribution. However, no company history or information seems to exist. Nothing on Furniture Index either, though the table is clearly stamped "Made in Denmark." Would be curious if anyone knows anything that can flesh out my understanding of the company. i've been curious to find any scrap of information about Artex as well. if there is any information to be had it will probably be found on a .de website. i can't find anything other than the same attributions you have found via english language google, but it must exist out there somewhere!
