@ponyboy @lexi You both have some great lamps, thanks for sharing. I love lamps as well (too much if you ask my wife). Here are a few of mine.
1. Joe Colombo 626/L floor lamps for Oluce. Designed in 1970 and said to be one of the first residential lamps to use a halogen bulb. They have large plastic adjustment knobs on each side of head - one allows you to swivel the head or move it up or down the pole, and the other is a dimmer. Found this pair at a local consignment shop that had no idea what they were.
2. Laurel Lamp Co model B-683 floor lamp, 1950's. Often attributed to Gio Ponti but I've never seen documentation of this, so unlikely.
3. Prescolite desk lamp, 60's or 70's. Company was started in Berkeley in 1946 and moved to San Leandro in 1963. Now making commercial recessed lighting and owned by Hubbell Inc.
Well, with social/physical distancing happening there is a lot of time to spend in our homes. Show us some of your fav furniture/spots in the house or the whole house if you want! Here is the current look of our living room! The Inuit print on the brick wall is probably a temporary set-up but giving it a go 😀 Hope you are all well!
Thanks for sharing these photos and a separate list for your setup, Ponyboy! It looks so comfortable.
