Does anyone know where to find info on Mccobb's Symmetric line of furniture for Widdicomb?
I have a pair of slipper/lounge chairs from that line that are missing the seat cushions. I'm finally ready to reupholster them but I can't find any info or pics to give me an idea of what the cushions looked like. There doesn't seem to be much info out there concerning this line.

Unfortunately information about the various late period Paul McCobb furniture lines from 1960 until his death in 1969 is pretty scarce, Widdicomb's Symmetric grouping is no exception.
In checking my research archive I find that thus far there is only one drawing of this chair from an advertisement in the Chicago Tribune Aug 7, 1963 pg. B3 and no photos whatsoever!
The ad is still under copy write so I am can't repost the clipping here but you can go get it from the proquest archive now that you know where to look.
