My little brother
Sends me this pic at around 6:30pm today followed by a text "this is in the garbage out in front of my building". Of course I told him to grab it! He said its missing the hidden leaves but other than that says its in pretty good shape. He is psyched as it's his first find The stuff people throw away in NYC.....

Very lovely home, norm.
The windows look impressive, and I like the built-in track into the ceiling for draperies. You must be quite proud.
any more snappies of the crib?

nice place Norm!
And about that "crap art" collection.... no sweat!
Who needs art when you have THOSE windows-- and all that is seen through them?
(Art is a very different thing than a nice view of course, but it's hard to imagine a mere "art object" being anywhere near as engaging and long-lasting as that changing view- every day and evening)
Put another way, your house IS the art!
Being inside the well-proportioned cube may be all you need. Besides cool furniture.

ps. Is that a Schultz petal table hiding behind the Bertoia chairs???
And what a lovely collection of Mid-Mod pieces. The only change that I'd make is painting all colored walls white, and it's time for a new bed covering. I love the recessed lighting in the one snappy. Lucky you!
Aunt Mark
