of the chair @ missing screw areavand I'll try and advise you on what you'll need to get. They're all standard looking screws give or take, but it might make your life a little easier.

it's a domed flathead screw w/ 1/4" long shank
without running out to my hardware store, I have no way of telling you the exact threading, but you can bring your chair along with you when you go shopping for your screw?

picked this up today. Was purchased in 1967 at a Scandinavian furniture store in Portland.
Bronze base. THICK smoked glass top.
Baughman? Dunbar? Cedric Hartman (saw an attribution for a similar table...)? Knoll Barcelona-ish? It's so simple and elegant.
