Hoping to get some specifics (date made, model #, etc.) on this Herman Miller table I just acquired.
Top: white square, rounded corners, white rubber piping.
Bottom: Brown w/ a silver HM logo.
Base: I recognize the Eames Aluminum Group base, but have never seen it coated like this (kinda textured charcoal poly).
Any details would be appreciated.
Thanks!

It's still in production.
Model number ET105. With your colors and finishes, it's an ET105L9191xyxy, where "xy" is the base/column color [probably either SG (slate grey) or WN (warm neutral grey); I don't know what those colors look like, so I can't say which it is]. List price $640.
The label makes it pre-1999.

The Herman Miller website (hermanmiller.com) will tell you that the Eames tables were first produced in 1964 and are still in production; if you download Herman Miller's price book, it'll tell you the part number (along with all the suffixes for top/edge/column/base color) and the list price.
Information on the evolution of the HM label is online if you search... Or you can just look at Herman Miller's own logo-history site, which will tell you that the logo on your label was in use from 1960 to 1999:
