mid-century cane armchair - possibly danish  

Hi all,
Looking for help identifying this mid-century armchair. It has a wooden frame, cane sides, tapered legs, and textured upholstery. I haven’t seen a seat suspension system like this before. There’s also a small black stamp or logo under the seat that I can’t quite make out.

It looks Scandinavian—maybe Danish—and reminds me of designers like Wikkelsø or Hvidt/Mølgaard, but I haven’t found an exact match.

Any ideas on the designer, maker, or time period would be super helpful.
