Lounge chairs ID help please  

Hi everyone, I purchased two years ago two vintage lounge chairs. I searched the Internet to find the designer who created the pieces. It reminds a little bit of chair Costes by Phillipe Starck. Also, I've found some sales sites claiming the designer behind them is Jorgen Kastholm. But I never found any proof of that in the literature on German or Scandinavian mid-century modern design. It has no stamps or manufacturer's labels. Anyone have an idea who designed them and what the manufacturer was? Thanks 🙂
