Found  a chair like yours. Only marking is a "made in Denmark" stamp. No information as to designer or maker.

So definitely from Denmark.    ( I forgot to mention that)

That style stamp is it early or late ?  or maybe just not a manufacturer from the Danish Furniture Makers Control Guild ? (Pre/Post)

Things that are of interest in that chair for ID, are the stamp and that the style of spring (side ways metal)....
