Have carried out an image search and have been unable to find anything similar to your chairs.

However, having made the presumption that the top of the table section is slate( ?) I did find the same table which has a Domica Domus label. This company were retailers and the link below lists some of the designers/producers furniture that they sold. ( I couldn't tell you if this an exhaustive list)
