| Today I adopted a small animal (it was "fish and pick" day at the charity thrift). I ain't got no clue 'bout it, 'cept for it's got Denmark stamped on its belly...and it tastes like chicken...and she's missin' some picks. Hi, Aunt Mark | |||||

| An Erik Buck for M.J. Madsen desk. Yes, the same Erik Buck who designed the bar stools also designed a desk. I had no idea.... In fact, I've been looking at some old catalogs, and it seems Erik Buck designed many more pieces than he is known for. It is a very nicely made desk too. edit: In case anybody is curious, as I was, it is documented on the Danish Furniture Index. | |||||

| Start simple. Plastic.I got the Walter Eichenberger Ergastolo folding screen for Artemide last month. The condition is excellent. This is the sellers photo.I also purchased four (4) Philippe Starck Bubble Club armchairs in lemon yellow and a Bubble Club 3-seat sofa in terracotta for Kartell from a local Craigslist seller. The screen was examined, admired and packaged for storage. The Bubble Club is heading further south to the other home. I am in for just under $1,100.00. | |||||

| Its still not final, my offer has been accepted, but I haven't had an appraisal yet and my bank could turn it down (they have concerns about its post and block foundation) No one knows I've even been shopping, I'm waiting until its "real", but I have to tell someone, and I know you guys will appreciate its 1906 charms! I've already started photoshopping my things in 🙂 (Don't worry, just the lamp, the furniture isn't mine!) | |||||

| To much scrolling on #25. Set of six Arne Vodder for Vamo Sønderborg chairs. I already had one arm chair so all I need is one more side chair for a set of eight. They need a little love but will be a great set once they are reupholstered. | |||||

| Swiss Design!Jürg Bally Ess Tee Tisch. The raising and lowering mechanism is a delight to look at. (Ignore the spot of blue tape, it is just a temporary mark for an adjustment to the handle).I never thought I would see one of these in person. Let alone own one. And I think we need a new rule that 50 posts is the limit for this ongoing thread. The scrolling to the bottom, clicking the next page, and scrolling to the bottom is too much. | |||||

| My wife will be surprised at her gift this Christmas, the Gianni Arnaudo, Déjeuner sur l'Arbre limited edition table for Gufram, I purchased at Stardust Modern. Would you expect anything less from the owner of Piero Gilardi, Sassi rocks and the Guido Drocco & Franco Mello, Cactus coat rack for Gufram. I still desire the Giorgio Ceretti, Pratone and Studio 65 Colonna chaise lounge seating and table for Gufram. Maybe I will "get lucky" next Christmas (or a possible birthday gift). Merry Christmas to all forum members. | |||||
