Strips Lounge Sofa by Cini Boeri for Arflex

In the early seventies, Cini Boeri revolutionized the furniture market with a lounge sofa, which became an “evergreen”: the modular Strips, which are part of Arflex’s history and are really one of the most famous products. Designed in 1968, it received the Compasso d’Oro award. The main feature of the model is the removable padded cover. The padding is an integral part of the cover, placed on a wooden frame, made of shaped polyurethane with a different density, to guarantee the best comfort of the seat. This three-seater sofa dates from the early 70s, it has been refurbished by the former owner. This super comfortable sofa is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of age and use.
