First determine standard (English or metric), length, diameter, and thread pitch of the existing screw. In the US it's called a "flanged button head" screw and appears to have a black oxide finish. Similar can be found at either McMaster-Carr or Fastenal online in North America and/or specialty fastener suppliers.
