Hvidt Minerva sofa armrests -- dimensions needed so that I can try to make them  

Hey there -

I just purchased a Minerva sofa that didn't come with the optional armrests but I would like to try and make one of the shorter, more common type as well as one of the (seemingly rarer) arms that levels off into a flat slide table.   I think I can use the rear hardware as comps for the metal base and tubing diameters but I am in need of a whole host of other dimensions:  the teak length, width and depth for both types of side arms, the length of the metal tubing for each type of side arm, etc.   

I can't find any measurement references online...might anyone here have this same sofa and be willing to take measurements for me?
