This thread should probably go in the 'Identification" subforum rather than the Off Topic subforum as it's...um...on topic? This chair looks like it could be from a Czech maker. It reminds me of one of Miroslav Navratil's chairs.

The ones in the link aren't exactly the same, but they bear a striking resemblance.
