Why thanks, handsome. I've driven the monster over the last couple of days. The license plates are long expired (no chance of a ticket...I like this town.), updated tags are in the mail. I think that the beast gets about 11 mpg in town with the air blowing on frostbite. Amazing build quality. No squeaks/ no rattles/ no issues (just like me). Very tight machine.
I only wish that it were 20 years older...and perhaps a different color combo. I found 2 headscarfs, several non-paid parking tickets, and a pair of large sunglasses in the glovebox (plus a map of Illinois, a nail file, and a box of tissues..1 used..ick (lipstick blot)). I am set. Road trip anyone? Reclining rear back seat (back) , shop's open. Yup.
All the best,
Your Aunt.Mark
Divine sky, SDR! Simply divine. I like the idea of viewing elevated topography whilst glancing west. Very powerful sunsets, I'm sure. My thought today is that if I were to flee my building (due to fire, flood, or a trip to the liquor store, I'd wear my coral colored patent leather shoes (next to the red patent leather pair). They make me happy. I would. Hi.
yup,
Aunt Mark

"Trump love rainbow…."
I wonder what cave women thought of rainbows. Probably the same as us, right?
In addition to rainbows and coral loafers, Mark does get some killer cloud varieties going each and every day.
I particularly enjoy the giant nimbostratus and cumulonimbus sneaking in at the far left of today's picture.
If I had a view of THOSE clouds every day, I would find it almost impossible to leave the deck. EVER. Even for the Labor Day Cookout. (But maybe the cookout IS on the deck?)
I already spend way too much time being mesmerized by the SF bay area atmospheric conditions (as well as various fiberglass occurrences).
I think Mark should buy his building, then create a great cantilevered deck far out from his balcony, to take in even more of the scene. It would make a dandy architectural accent on the exterior of the structure.
Mark, can you forward or post an overall view of your building ? I can get my SketchUp board glowing . . .
As I write, I'm watching a nighttime portage of the massive steel-cage base -- the first of eighteen similar pieces, to be stacked and bolted together -- of the spire of the new World Trade Center, from the harbor to the site. Now they will lift it to its place atop the nearly completed tower.
SDR
Gaugin color. A "fleshy fantasmagorical resonance" abounds just outside...
And the best part is it changes every second.
More than anyone could ask for.
Why don't they make yards with the big McMansions any more? Is that eighth bedroom and fifth bath REALLY necessary? I worry.
Anyway. I love the way the clouds capture light and at times, BECOME the light source. Glowing from within. Always a surprise, and never the same.
Yes SDR, build a giant shark fin off of Mark's floor, that floats out into the middle of THAT!
