And this video could be misinterpreted as possibly politically incorrect, but It's one of my favorite Christmas songs ever. It's lovely. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I like all people and most beverages. I believe in Santa Claus. Hi. Plus, I dress like a gay pimp. Sometimes. Yes.
Fondly,
Aunt Mark
ps say hi to _______.
(Self edit time... if the below video is offensive to any of my friends here on DA, please let Alix or myself know, so that it will be removed. My favorite color is clear. My 2nd favorite color is pink. I like most foods.

No, I think you are okay Mark. Teflon. Just because you're you, nobody could misunderstand your strange glee in all things.
I'm just trying to decide who's video is weirder.

I might have been offended if Bill Cosby was in that video, but he wasn't.
You might like Tiny Tim in this cha-cha version of Hey Jude with Brave Combo, the polka band from Denton, Texas! (sorry, no video, just audio.)
I think beginning sounds like someone singing as he does some mundane household task, like cleaning the toilet, thinking he is totally alone and no one could possibly hear him. (At least it's how *I* sing in such circumstances.)

Tiny Tim's amazing voice reminds me of a long-ago voice-over artist, who did cartoon tracks in the 'forties. Was it Claude Kirschner ? Nobody had a vibrato (or is that a tremolo) like TT . . .
Have we forgotten Pinky Lee ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWbweOyYLEE

No, it was Sterling Holloway, the narrator of this cartoon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pxap-M_--k

Pinkie Lee? Was he local, maybe? Or maybe I just missed him. I do remember Soupy Sales but only very vaguely and I never saw the show that got him fired. BUT!! The first video of his that I clicked on on Youtube was this one, which OMG opens with "Mumbles" by Clark Terry, which I love (and I also sat behind Clark Terry once in an audience in NYC and touched his raincoat, which he wasn't wearing but close enough).
Vibrato is the word you're looking for, SDR. Interesting fun fact: TT couldn't do falsetto very well in his later years but he had a nice baritone so who cares!

I like Soupy better now than I did as a kid. I would guess that the dismembered arm gag at the end is something he could never away with in a children's show these days. Or maybe I am just not watching enough children's shows to know.

Fact.
Soup Bone was my friends dads college roommate (Marshall University, Huntington WV), a dumpy little town that is also the birthplace of Dagmar. Soup Bone had a couple of cute brothers named Ham Bone? and Chicken Bone?? or something like that. I like Dagmar (American goddess also born in Huntington West Virginia). He/She was yummy. I like all people and birds. And I like you.
Hi,
Aunt Mark
ps the Art Museum in Huntington West Virginia was designed by Walter Gropius. They play the soundtrack from the movie Deliverance over and over. Yes.

A small world indeed. I remember something called "Dagmar's Hot Pants"? I have nothing but the title that stuck in my mind. Maybe it was an unrelated title? Sounds like a porn movie though… Who knows? Lost in the haze of time...

I'd be curious if Soup-Bone "Soupy" ever shagged Aunt Dagmar?
or maybe the other way around?
they have unusual bedside manners in West Virginia, and more toe's than teeth. Plus, they ______ every night except Sunday.
just,
Call me Aunt Mark
ps yes, Gropius designed the art museum, and Blenko Glass is close by. Also plenty of churches and Bob Evans Restaurants (I actually had my xmas dinner at the Bonanza restaurant in Huntington a few years back). Everything was fried. I hugged the hostess. She was large, and her name tag read "Big Sexy". I gave her some money. She needed a tune up. But I digress.....
brutal. brutalist. brut.
say hi to glassartist for me.
