I got these today, I cant figure this out, for the life of me ????
could it be a fountain, a water dispenser .....
I put water in it, it came out, doesn't look like it missing any parts
thanks for your thoughts

That's a wall mount water reservoir with matching sink mainly used for washing hands in the 19th century.
The decoration (probably a partridge) appears to be Japanese.
