Thought I would post the rest of the catalog pages I came across for Selig's Jutland Group for future reference.  The "cabinets" are credited to Ib Kofod-Larsen.  The only other designer mentioned is Arne Hovmand-Olsen, for the chair on page 3.   This catalog is said to be from the early 1960's.

There are some pieces of the same design with Brande Mobelfabrik marks, so it's possible they produced these for Selig.

There is reportedly a reference in 60's Decorative Art by Charlotte & Peter Fiell on pg. 195.

The line of Kofod Larsen case pieces was made by Brande in Denmark.  Selig was the importer.  In fact, I bet the reason they are fairly uncommon in the USA has to do with Selig.

Thanks, @drpoulet , I was hoping someone had a copy of that page.  And thanks, @leif-ericson , for the confirmation on Brande.  Are you saying Selig did a poor job of selling and distributing this collection?

@mark737 I think Selig might have done a bad job, yes.  And I think Selig probably had exclusive distribution rights, for at least a significant part of the time, so they weren't as widely distributed as they perhaps could have been.
