le Corbusier LC/4 chaiselongue question

Hi all

I have a question about a Le Corbusier LC/4 Chaiselongue and would like to hear if someboddy can help me with it.

Some year's ago I got a LC/4 Chaiselongue by Le Corbusier from my father. He got it from my mother as a gift back in the late 60. ore early 70. there is a serial number and a Le Corbusier stamp engraved in the metal frame on the head end. I have tryed to find something out about the production year by the serial number, but could not find anything. The serial number is 9658, is there anybody who knows where I can find some more informations about the production year by help of the serial number?

Maybe it's an early Cassina?

is when Cassina took over production - more than likely the serial number is from Cassina. You could try contacting them and seeing if they have record of it.
