hints / recommendations for södermalm / stockholm - architecture? shops?

I'm flying to stockholm on wednesday - unfortunatly i don't really have much time since there's work to do and i'll be in a group.

anyway, i think i'll have three or four hours in the afternoon and in the next morning. i'm staying at the scandic malmen wich seems to be quite central. so i'd just love to stroll around, visit some shops and make some photos. anything i shouldn't miss?

i'm collectiong the arabia teema stuff - any shops that might make me happy?

help would be appreciated!

There's quite a few shops in Södermalm..
Chances are you will run into them by just strolling around but these are some of them:

Svensk Tenn
also in Sodermalm, that's really the happening area for design stuff. Svensk Tenn is an interesting shop that spreads over several design styles.

these are indeed quite nice shops in a great neighbourhood. and free wifi everywhere.
