How do you say
"Far out, man" in Dutch? I'm going to drive by it on Friday on my way from Bonn, DE to Lille, FR. I can't read Dutch but it looks like it is about 3,300 square feet for 449K Euros. Does that include the furnishings?

Is inderdaad een fantastisch huis!
Indeed a great house and not very expensive.
But I think that's because it is not near a major city.
And although we might like it, the people with that kind of money do not always have our taste. SO I think it is difficult to sell.
I do not know the owner. I just found it on the internet because I am looking to buy a house. And sometimes i type 'architect' (and no budget) in the searchengine of the real estate website. Sometimes I stumble on a small pearl like this one
just to dream ...
