I purchased the tuner-amplifier for a small price. I'm quite taken by the quality of the device. I would like to place this up against the wall but can't find any information if this is possible.
Have you?
I'm also looking for a flat pair of speakers that will take the high impedence.

Wall-mounting and speaker impedance
Yes, it can be wall-mounted.
What do you mean when you say that you're looking for "a flat pair of speakers that will take the high impedance"? There are no current-limiting resistors behind the 1200's headphone jack, so you can't use low-impedance headphones... But there's no such limitation for the amplifier's speaker outputs. In fact, the Beovox 1200 speakers that were originally sold with the Beomaster 1200 have an input impedance of only 4 ohms.
The only flat speakers I'm familiar with are the big ribbons and electrostatics, like Magnepans and Martin Logans. That's probably not what you're looking for, but -- mostly because of the popularity of home theater systems -- there are lots of dynamic speakers available that are wall-mountable. A Google search for "wall mount speaker" will give you lots and lots of options to choose from.
Good luck...

aha, thanks! I wasn't aware this was only restricting the headphones!
thanks for the forum-link, I've found what I was looking for.
will probably make a wall mount of my own...

No, I don't really have much experience with B&O gear. I've listened to it and I helped a friend acquire the pieces for a couple of B&O systems, but I'm far from an expert.

by accident I stumbled upon a beovox 2500 speaker, the cubic one.
I'm waiting on the other one to make a couple. I've tested the tuner-amplifier with it and all is well.
Should I combine this with another type of speaker?

Yes. If you like the unique look of the 2500 and want to use it, you'll need to combine it with another speaker in order to hear mid-range and low frequencies.
You can use any other speaker, with an appropriate crossover network to separate the highs from the mid/lows. If you want to stay with period B&O, though, the Beovox 3000, 4000, and 5000 all have a connection specifically for the 2500 (and they all have a built-in crossover).
Those Beovox speakers were designed for amplifiers with more power than yours, but I would expect them to sound fine.
