lovely system you have - are they the faux-weave cabinets underneath ? very nice if they are

the cabinets have an integrated metal hanger that sits on metal rods that go through the wooden uprights. to remove the cabinets you just need to lift them up about 2 cms and they should come away. the metal hangers are on the top and bottom of the cabinet so be careful to lift straight up when you do

i advise removing everything from the cabinets before trying to take them off... they aren't particularly heavy but they aren't light either

attached is an image of the bottom bracket sitting on the metal rod that supports it. the top bracket is similar but a little deeper.
