Tubular Tub Chair - Help Identifying  

I acquired this chair from my husbands grandmas cousins husband (good luck following that one!) they were getting rid of several pieces of furniture and offered it to my husband and I first. This chair is in amazing condition, no tears or rust, its nearly 'like new' condition. All have have been able to figure out about the chair is that it is a 'tub' chair, I am 99% sure its original fabric & button tufting, and it is considered a 'tubular' styling. Any other input would be greatly appreciated such as country of origin, possible designer, or the era it is from. Thanks!!
