After a long search I found a 120 centimeter marble top for my vintage Saarinen tulip table base. However, the marble top weights about 80 kilo or so and I'm afraid that it might tip or crack.
Do you have any good suggestions for table top support? I think the wood support that is on my old Knoll base seems rather small and I'm afraid it wont be stable/strong enough.
