4 screws = not Knoll
The Knoll tabletops mount to the base via a central threaded hole, with no additional screws.
There are LOTS of companies that made either straight copies or pieces inspired by the Saarinen design. Examine your table carefully; you may find "Burke", "Arkana", or some other maker's mark stamped on it somewhere.
