Hello,
I would like some information on these side cabinets please.I have discovered that they were manufactured by Evans.The cityscape has no markings but the Gazzebo model has a Heals tablet fitted to a drawer top edge.
I would like to know how many of these items were made,who retailed them and what did they cost when new in the 1950's.Any other information that is available would be appreciated.

Dorothy Heritage was responsible for the artwork.
Designed in 1954 and made by G W Evans, as you know. retailed through Heal's and other good retailers
Somewhere I have an original ad..but it might take some finding.

I like the graphics,...
I like the graphics, especially on the second one. The gloss finish isn't my cup of tea though.
Maybe the guys at fears and khan can help you?
It seems great britain produced more of these bold and playfull cabinets.
