If it is a Risom design (except the early Knoll pieces), it should have a round paper tag under the seat on the dust cover (usually lost or missing). It is almost Risom like except for that back vertical piece in the middle.
It is too bad that no one has cashed in yet in terms of doing a comprhensive Jens Risom book while the man is still alive.
