Please help identify these chairs

Hi
I've been searching the internet for the name of the designer and model of these 2 chairs for too long with no luck at all. They resemble the Jasper Morrison Low Pad chair but not sure if they are a copy or completely unrelated.
Please help!

2 years later, but maybe still helpful?
Probably not what you were hoping for (made in China), but maybe the original design wasn't...
