Please help to ID teak? sofa  

It does indeed appear to be teak. The frame does not knock down does it?

Does it disassemble so the factory could ship it in a little box? Or is it one piece?
And where in the world was it when you found it?

Hello, back bone piece is glued to the arm pieces. Seems like it came in one piece originally, seat and back rest is one piece (I will add pics of the complete sofa this weekend). I found it here, in Westchester New York. Big mystery for me....sofa has all the Scandinavian lines.

Yes, it does appear to be Scandinavian.
It appears not to have been intended as a factory made export product. Not sure that helps you very much.
Photos of the sofa put together would be helpful.

Now this takes me back!
My very first post on this forum was to try and identify an armchair version of this design. Does it have tufted leather cushions?
I never did positively identify it but I suspect it is German.
