I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw thing beauty on the curb. I will be having it reupholstered. The front panel/legs of the frame look identical to the Adrian Pearsall 3 Leg Lounge Chair, but I have not been able to find an exact match with the arched back legs like this one. There are no markings whatsoever. The original color I can see inside the creases look to be an avocado green color. I would love to really know who designed this gorgeous chair. Please help!

I had one of these for a short time. Was told it was designed by Morris Fisher for Jackson Chair Company. The bad thing is a search with those terms doesn't yield much results. I don't believe this to be a Pearsall design. It's similar in some ways, but not quite there.
Just curious, where are you located? The chair I sold was identical to yours down to the faded avocado upholstery. Sold it as a project and I'm wondering if the guy just tossed it to the curb instead.
Hope this helps,
Josh
joshuasowen: Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It is much appreciated and satisfying! I am located in Delaware. The house it was out front of, I believe was an older lady who passed away.
Emcee M: Thank you also for your input. I felt like the cushion style didn't quite match up with Pearsall too well, but saw it listed that way so many different times I was not sure.
*Side note* - My buddy found a Pearsall sofa with side tables on the curb yesterday. If I can get pictures from him I will post to get identification verified,
I don't think it's Pearsall either. Look at this one with a different style base. Pearsall did some colonial style frames in the early days but I don't think I've ever seen this style. I also spotted one of these with this style base but painted antique white; I thought it looked original, it could've been repainted at some point I guess. But it kind of makes sense that if the chair was made with different style bases then they also would come with different finishes. Pearsall was not known for that.
