Seller description excerpt:
"The chairs have moulded bent wood legs with caster rollers. Mike seems to think the casters were added post-production, but we aren't really sure. If they were, they appear to have been on them nearly as long as the chairs are old.
On one chair, one of the legs has a brass boot as if it had sustained damage at some point.
The other chair has a leg with a minor fissure near the bottom. (Not noticed at time of photo session)
Both chairs have noticeable wear / tear on the seams of the arms.
Both chairs have rusty tacks and evidence of mold spores."

Saarinen desk chairs?
Hmm. I'm kind of sympathetic now. These chairs are so comfortable, I can understand why someone would want them as work/desk chairs. Did Knoll produce a desk chair version of this Saarinen chair?
"Both chairs have rusty tacks and evidence of mold spores."
That is my favorite part of the description.

Strange coincidence
There is a rocker at this thrift store near our flat that resembles the characteristics of your display. How weird...
