My neighbor has an unassambled Modular Wall System he is giving to me in a month or so when he cleans out his garage.
I was able to squeeze into the spot where it's stored and I have very few clues as to what it is. I managed to snap some SUPER close photos of a couple of features to help identify.
The overall look is similar to the Cado unit in the 3rd photo ive attached.
Its pretty massive when assembled, looks like over 97" inches wide and about 87-90" inches tall. Everything is held in place by interlocking screws.
Central cabinet has doors with lock and key. Outside cabinets have sliding doors with small finger pulls (see 2nd photo).
Shelves are marked 'made in norway'.
Looks well made. Walnut veneer over ply. Some solid walnut sections. Wood dividers between each cabinet rise above top edge. Shelf system sits on top with metal pegs that slide into holes.
The first photo is of the lower edge of one of the dividers.
I initially thought it was built in the 70's based on what my neighbor told me, but the more I looked at it, it seemed it might have been made earlier.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
