Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a shop or artisan that would be able to re-uphold a Djinn by Olivier Mourgue in the UK (London).
These Djinn is made of foam and a stretch jersey fabric.

Has anyone come across a shop that would be able to cut and assemble a jersey fabric following a model from the Djinn? Same for the foam work.

I would appreciate if you could let me know an address in London ideally (or anywhere in Europe).

Thank you.
Regards,

Gwenojenn

jersey fabric
Thanks, there are indeed a few upholstery shop that seem to deal with contemporary techniques. Have you come across any good one for modern furniture?
I am also trying to find some stretch jersey, in order to buy the fabric and give it to these specialists, so that they can follow the original model.
I would appreciate if somebody could recommend a shop or artisan that you know is good when it come to deal with modern furniture upholstery in London.
Thank you.

but the best way is maybe "to post" your armchair to an other country... NL, DE for exemple. Roberto Balti from Hamburg is mostly better to restore Jacobsen's chair or work with leather material. Sometime he takes the time to work on something different...
