flat pack has never really taken off, It's has never really had too I suppose, until now.
When you get a PK chair does it arrive assembled? Theres something funny about some wealthy person sitting on the lounge room floor with an allen key just like an Ikea chump.

Hi Builder, just check my blog and email me from there. This thread has strayed from the idea of evolution 🙂
I noticed someone posted somoething about the dymaxion bathroom, a pr-cursor of Joe Colombos interiors or kitchen? This sort of total design is all good in theory but something about it makes me uncomfortable, especially Colombos or Pantons work, anyone ever notice how in all the interior setups theres no acknowledgemnet of the outside? Enough to make anyone claustrophobic.

gosh I should ask Gordon...
gosh I should ask Gordon Mather (the manufacturers) for a commission.
You could buy the originals and ship them but that would cost a fortune, an original went at auction for 4k a while ago. Easier to buy new....our exchange rate is good for you guys atm.
F'ston is pretty under-rated internationally. From what I know most of his plywood chairs (someone correct me if I'm wrong) were cold bent from thin sheets of ply, no moulds involved.
"Builder" would be the chap to ask for more info I think.
