Hi All,I'm looking to purchase a used LC4 with cowhide off someone from craigslist. The pictures looks like theyre in like new condition and im sure its an authentic Cassina. Im told it is around 7 years old. What would be a fair price to pay for it today? Thanks for your help and opinions guys!

For this unit, assuming it is a Cassina product and is in mint condition, I would not pay more than 25-40% of retail.  Period.

niceguy, can you explain your reasoning? Is it because of demand? personal taste? thanks

Okay you ask.
This is a common piece and a great many have been manufactured by Cassina.  Tomorrow they will be prodcuing more.  When I find a unit (similar quality piece) at a retail location being sold as a "floor sample" the price is generally less 50%.  That is retail.  When I buy from an individual I pay less that sale retail.  My numbers are 15% to 25%.  I never care if they say no or sell it to another.  I will get the next one.
