My friend and I stopped by a couple of garage sales today and picked up a couple of things. One was an Orrefors Orion bowl in mint condition for $5 and a round folding teak(?) coffee table with a black glass insert(broken in half)
The wood is in near perfect condition. Excellent workmanship. Brass feet nicely patinaed.
The only identifying mark was 'Made in Denmark' stamped faintly into the side of one of the legs.
Anybody know more? Much thanks in advance. He paid $135 for it.
We found a couple of similar tables with brass tops, from Morocco, but these appear to be more crudely made.

Awesome score! Here is the exact one that sold on 1stdibs recently. I'm pretty sure the price was around $2000+ on there. I see them every now and then but have never seen it attributed to any certain designer.
