According to the 1958 and 1959 Herman Miller catalogs, there was a Gateleg Extension Dining table #5556. The leaf is 24" and the table fully extended is 88 7/8". The two finish options offered those years were walnut and teak. Perhaps Primavera was offered in earlier years.
We have the #4656 without the extension in Primavera, no label but the item # is ink stamped on the underside.
