He would get carbon credits for all the inventory he has ever saved from landfill,the used items he has saved etc.
You would likely throw out lesser goods which would ramp up your carbon use.
How much have you travelled on a plane,how much food do you waste,how much cheap crap do you replace,and how much clothes do you buy.Where are they made and how many miles did they travel to get to you.How many kids have you produced because that ramps up your carbon effect and is ongoing in their use of energy for their entire life and their kids.

FYI I drive a medium estate car, cycle 4000 miles a year (only a bit less than I drive) and just about every item I own buy (furniture, objects etc) is vintage. Onegroovy seems to use his 'ute' (I don't actually know what that means) principally for racing other macho retards. And can you find any statement by me in favour of big European cars? Of course not. The landfill thing was a joke btw, keeping a load of junk from the incinerator is I'm sure very laudable, even if that isn't his motive. Now go away.

If I did not have so many fond memories of all the wonderful people I have met on my trips to London it would be easy to make a "blanket" non-positive statement similar to "fat Americans can boast about being a menace on the road" regarding the people in the UK. I fail to see how this statement in any context is not an insult by a foreign national.
