Looking for a description or images of what the hardware looks like that I'm missing for this Dyrlund flip flap table.

I don't know, but the theory appears similar to a lot of other danish tables. Can you take a picture with the central "leaf" removed?

The 2 locating pins you need have a thread cut into the steel rod.
a simple fix with a tap and dye set or a few beers to a mechanical engineer

Do the locating pins have a nut on the bottom side of the frame? I know the top needs room to raise up to let the leaves out but didn't know if there was like a spring and a nut on the bottom side of the frame.

No they are simply guide pins.
They measure 7cm L / 2 3/4 inch
