Hi. I stumbled across these unmarked chairs yesterday. I'm not sure just yet if I like them, but they certainly intrigued me enough to try to learn more about them. I think it's the combo of traditional form, with a more minimalist modern detailing that has piqued my interest. However, I'm not familiar enough with the traditional style to know what to type to do a google search. I immediately thought they had an Italian feel, but I could be completely off base. Also, many combinations of "italian" and other words in searches turned up nothing remotely close.
The construction quality seemed to be fairly high.
Anyone have some suggestions for finding an ID? Thanks.

Well, I guess my initial searches weren't too far off base, as I did already try "modern italian rococo chairs", but to no avail.

I'm getting warmer . . .
"balloon back" and "cabriole legs" turn up the traditional versions of this chair design.
