N. O. Møller hybrid
Looks like the N. O. Møller chair below, at least on the back. The sides and legs look like a lot of chairs sold at the Scan chain store over the years, though they had nicer design with no exposed bolts. They were generally Danish-made of teak.
I don't remember IKEA ever having a chair like that but I have seen similar chairs in ILVA, an IKEA-like chain in Denmark, and some other stores there that sold furniture for the masses.
