I've seen some older Chronopak desk clocks with different second hands- brass and red. Anyone know why? Does one predate the other? Any ideas? Anyone have an older catalog- what color is listed?

Mine also has the brass hands, and I've seen several other examples, which makes me think it was issued that way. I've seen a host of variations on this particular clock, so it doesn't surprise me.
