Or make a replica of the actual boat made out of clear or colored but transparent acrylic & polycarbonate to make the teak seat stand out, like the work of Korean artist Do Ho Suh except yours is a transparent boat instead of buildings made of sheer textile.
It is a good looking found object & if you are happy with the hairpin legs, that is all that matters.
