@dustdevil. I don't think it is Norwegian. Found a 2 seater version for sale in Canada described as "Scandinavian " style. No maker mentioned.

@lexi I saw that one too, for sale by Hoopers in Winnipeg. They don't mention a maker but do list the origin as Canada. I also found a picture of this one for sale in Vancouver, but link is now dead. So, Canadian origin seems likely.
@dustdevil Is your sofa in Canada as well?

@mark737. At some point in the past I discovered that a company called AP Madsen in Vancouver were used by Folke Ohlsson to assemble his designs for Dux, before he moved the operations to California.
