Herman Miller vintage chair label - novice needs help to ID office chair  

My son picked up a chair at a tag sale while at college in Ithaca NY. After graduation he left the chair at my house. I was going to give it to charity but saw from the label that it's made by Herman Miller so wanted to find out more about it first like is it authentic and if so around what year it was made and does it have any value to a collector. I searched the internet but can't find one like it. I am posting the label and a photo of the chair. Hope somebody out there can point me in the right direction.
