Help identify this maker mark  

I have this gorgeous teak danish teak draw leaf dining table and am trying to figure out who designed it and who manufactured it! I've come across many of these draw leafs over the years, but never seen one built this beautifully. It has really gorgeous big butterfly wing nuts, everything is labeled with a stamped part number (legs, leaves, frame, top), and everything is solid except for the top of course. but I was surprised to see the apron made of solid teak, really lovely table and VERY heavy. It has the Danish control mark on it, but also this stamped coat of arms/shield. It is very light and hard to make out, I almost missed it!
